A small batch release from our barrel aging program. High gravity, high alcohol and high flavor profile – each unique barrel imparts its character to the final beer. A touch of cacao and vanilla are added to highlight the natural undertones of the Bourbon and the toasty, oaky notes of the barrel adding to the complexity of the roasted and rich, full-bodied flavors of the strong, dark stout.
