Our rotating Two Day Shipping fruited sour, now with lactose added for the first time… this wonderful combination will have the aroma and flavors of Sugar Plums dancing on your palate! The lactose sugar is added to our kettle-soured Berliner Weisse during the brewing process, which balances the natural tartness of the beer while also giving it a silky mouthfeel. Then we add plenty of real plum to create this fruity and delicious libation.
